Simple 14 gauge copper house wire bent around to form an over the ear hook that electrode clips can bite into. (Right ear hook shown, make a mirror for the left.) Note that the ends of the wire are bent outwards from the face as to not stab. The ending inch or so is also angled inwards to hug the contour of the head.
