Messing around with some foil and clamp electrodes and this is what I came up with. A half inch strip of foil is mostly taped along the middle section so it won't rip. On the opposite side and flipped over, the ends are taped. The taped foil is then folded up so that the alligator clip can bite the shiny side and the earlobe fits between the shiny ends of the foil. The orange part of the clamp then goes over the foil on the earlobes to help hold it in place. The brown wire on the clamp prevents it from closing too far and biting the earlobe too hard.
